前期木曜1・2限、2年生向け「民法2」の授業最終回。いつものように授業終了前にオピニオンペーパーに記述。

今回のQuestionは下記の2点。

1. 「民法2」の受講前と比べて、民法に対する理解はどのように変化しましたか？

なお、この「民法2」を履修しているのはほとんどが法学部法律学科の2年生。彼らが前年度に履修した「民法1」は、1年生全員を3クラスに分け、民法担当教員3名で担当しています。したがって、「民法2」の履修者のうち、1/3は前年度にshioの授業に参加しており、残りの2/3はこの「民法2」で初めてshioの授業を経験しています。
